Isro Chandrayaan-3 Mission LIVE: 5th orbit raising maneuver complete
Chandrayaan-3 Mission LIVE Updates: India launched its ambitious Chandrayaan-3 mission to the Moon. The spacecraft launched aboard India's heaviest rocket, Launch vehicle Mark-III a.k.a LVM3 on a journey to the Moon. The lunar mission is currently orbiting Earth, gradually raising its orbit to begin its journey towards the Moon.
Poland's Chandrayaan-3 satellite is photographed in space
The ROTUZ (Panoptes-4) telescope in Poland has seen Chandrayaan-3, India's ambitious lunar mission, travelling in space. The film, which represents a key turning point in India's space research quest, shows the spacecraft as a tiny dot against the immense background of space.
Trans Lunar Injection: What is it?
Trans Lunar Injection (TLI), a crucial space manoeuvre, is used to launch spacecraft from Earth's orbit and place them on a course for the Moon. It is an essential stage in lunar missions that enables the spacecraft to break free of Earth's gravity and enter the Moon's gravitational field.
After a spacecraft launches from Earth and enters its initial parking orbit during a lunar mission, it is not always on the best path to reach the Moon. The spacecraft must carry out the Trans Lunar Injection burn in order to reach the Moon. In order to accelerate the spacecraft and alter its course towards the Moon, this entails igniting its propulsion system at a specified point in its orbit.
For the fifth time, ISRO increases Chandrayaan-3's orbit
For the fifth time, Isro has successfully raised the orbit of the Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft. This final manoeuvre will place the spacecraft in an orbit of 127609 km by 236 km. Further observations will lead to the confirmation.

Today, Isro will change the lunar mission's orbit a fifth time.
The fifth and last Earth-bound orbit-raising manoeuvre of Chandrayaan-3, India's ambitious lunar mission, is scheduled for Tuesday as it enters the final leg of its journey to the Moon.
The spacecraft will switch to an Earth-to-Moon course during the fifth orbit-raising manoeuvre, which is slated to take place today between 2 and 3 IST.
Chandrayaan-3 will eventually be drawn into lunar orbit by the Moon's gravity, paving the way for the mission's next significant step.
Chandrayaan-3 finishes its fourth orbital ascent above Earth.
Another orbit raising manoeuvre around the Earth by the Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft was accomplished successfully. The fourth of five such manoeuvres, according to a statement from the Indian Space Research Organisation, took place at 6:45 a.m. this morning. the orbit-raising manoeuvres intended to accelerate the spacecraft and move it faster away from Earth. On July 25, the second orbit-raising manoeuvre will be carried out, and then Chandrayaan-3 will be sent in the direction of the Moon.
Finished for today! But we won't leave just yet.
The Chandrayaan-3 mission is making a lap of the planet as we come to a close on this LIVE Blog for Today. Isro will soon start the orbit-raising manoeuvre to gradually raise the spacecraft's altitude as it approaches the Moon.
While this Live Blog suspends temporarily. Chandrayaan-3 will continue to update it as it travels across space in the upcoming days. So, keep checking back for daily updates on the mission on this LIVE blog.
I want to thank you all once more for coming along with us on this historic trip as India looks to the Moon for its salvation. Good luck with Chandrayaan 3.
We'll leave you with a picture of LVM3 as it sped towards the Moon above India's southern skies.
It's a good night for now. We'll be back soon with fresh information.
